Wings optional. Here's how to take the 2026 Victoria's Secret looks to Christmas drinks, NYE and every party in between.
Fun fact: the 2026 show was the first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show held in Los Angeles since 2007, according to Marie Claire. It came with feathered wings, jewelled bras and plenty of outfits you'd never wear to the shops.
But a lot of the looks have ideas you can borrow. I've pulled out five from the night, from Candice Swanepoel's rhinestones to the bubblegum-pink corsets, and turned each one into an outfit for the party season. If you liked my 2025 VMA red carpet roundup, this is the wearable version.

The sparkle look
Candice Swanepoel walked with rhinestones draped across her torso and her wings (Marie Claire). The trick is that the shine sits on the body, not on a busy outfit.

How to wear it: keep the base simple and let one sparkly piece do the work. A plain black or nude slip dress with a crystal chain halter layered over the top is enough. It's made for NYE.
The pieces:
- A crystal chain halter to layer over your slip dress, like 8 Other Reasons' Chain Halter Top
- A simple satin slip dress in black or champagne
- Strappy clear or silver heels
Lace and silver
Megan Thee Stallion performed rather than modelled, but she was dressed like an Angel: a lacy bra with sleeves, sheer hosiery and metallic silver wings (Marie Claire).

How to wear it: swap the bra for a long-sleeve lace bodysuit, keep the sheer tights, and bring in silver with a metallic mini skirt or silver heels. Lace plus metallic is what makes it a party outfit, not lingerie.
The pieces:
- A long-sleeve black lace bodysuit
- A silver metallic or sequin mini skirt
- Sheer black tights
The little black corset dress
Alex Consani wore a little black corset dress with sculptural metallic gold wings (Marie Claire). It's one of the easiest looks to copy, because the black corset dress is already a party staple.

How to wear it: take the wings as your accessory cue. A black corset mini dress with chunky gold jewellery and gold heels gives you the same black-and-gold contrast. Add a blazer and it works for work Christmas drinks too.
The pieces:
- A black corset mini dress, like superdown's Bea Mini Dress
- Chunky gold earrings or a gold cuff
- Gold or black heels
Bubblegum-pink corsets
Paloma Elsesser and Elsa Hosk wore near-identical bubblegum-pink corsets, with 3D flowers on Paloma's and sheer sleeves on Elsa's (Marie Claire). Candice Swanepoel's second look leaned pink too, in lace with flower-trimmed sleeves. It was the most fun part of the night, and a pink corset already works off the runway.

How to wear it: wear a pink corset top with wide-leg trousers or a satin midi skirt, so it reads as a going-out top. One floral detail, like a rosette choker or a flower clip, nods to the runway without overdoing it. Great for a birthday dinner or a summer party.
The pieces:
- A pink corset top, like I.AM.GIA's Ashling Bustier
- Wide-leg trousers or a satin midi skirt
- A rosette choker or flower hair clip
The white bodysuit and faux fur
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a semi-sheer white bodysuit under a fur coat (Marie Claire). It's old-school glamour, and the easiest way to borrow it is with faux fur.

How to wear it: a white bodysuit with tailored trousers or a mini skirt, with a cropped faux fur jacket over the top. On a warm Australian night, drape the jacket over your shoulders for photos and carry it the rest of the time. (More on dressing for our in-between weather in my Australian spring outfits post.)
The pieces:
- A white square-neck or scoop bodysuit
- A cropped faux fur jacket
- Tailored white or black trousers
The one rule every Victoria's Secret look shares
Each of these looks has one statement element and keeps everything else quiet: sparkle, silver, gold, pink or faux fur. Pick your one hero piece and build the outfit around it.
Before you buy anything, check what you already own. A black slip dress or a white bodysuit might already be in your wardrobe, and my streamlined wardrobe guide for the holidays will help you find it.
